Develop your touch, and comfort playing with others in this beginner focused handpan immersion. Suitable for first-touch players, the purpose of this afternoon is to connect with others, celebrate each others’ musical expressions, and gain confidence in handpan playing.

Through a series of mini-games and exercises - utilizing body, voice, and of course handpan - we will work together to play together. In this session we explore stillness, interlocking rhythms, quick creativity, and structured jams. We will open our voices to encourage full musical embodiment, through song and rhythmic chants, and get familiar with our own expressions through the handpan.

​This handpan immersion is an elective credits for the Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy and is available for students and non-students. Space is limited to 15.

​ATTENDANCE & LOCATION »  This is an all inclusive event. The studio is located on the 2nd floor (elevator/stairs) Suite 267 313 W. Liberty St. Lancaster, PA.
