Sarah Paz Hyde returns to southern Illinois for a unique and rare treat. Join us this evening, and be guided in this immersive sound meditation infused by the melodic, shamanic qualities of the handpan, ngoni & frame drum. Our time together is interwoven with vocalizations and an assortment of instruments including the harmonium, bowls, and percussive elementals.

Inspired by the natural world – the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether – we will oscillate between stillness and sound, traveling the peaks & valleys of the soul to access deeper states of rest, to invite & integrate more balance & harmony within.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor (elevator/stairs) Suite 267, 313 W. Liberty St. Lancaster, PA

• On the day of class, please arrive allowing enough time to be settled in and ready to learn by 11am. You may bring whatever food and beverage you need. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea/hot water machiine in the room. There is a canteen with vending machines in the basement. We will have a 1/2 hour break from 1-1:30. Temperatures are not controlled by us in the room so please dress accordingly. Please refrain from wearing perfume or heavy scents. There is plenty of free parking in the large lot across from the Liberty Place building front entrance on West Liberty Street. Enter through the wooden doors (left entrance facing W. Liberty St).
