Guided by a blend of sounds, we will weave solstice themes with currents present in the Scrutiny Mutiny exhibit that holds us. The evening’s meditation moves between stillness, silence & sound, and invites us to dance with the density of discernment that relates to the softness needed when cycling through the inner landscapes of the soul.

Evening Flow

  • 4:45p: Doors open to get settled, oracle card pull, journaling, etc

  • 5:15p: Sound journey & meditation

  • 6:45p: Integration, journaling, sitting with the art & reflection circle

  • 7:30p: Doors close

Getting Settled (what to bring)

  • Yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, pillows, anything that aids in comfort

  • Journalling goodies

  • Crystals or personal items to travel w/ or for grounding
